Useful at Times
This is useful for understanding about the German World War 1 Navy, and as long as Tirpitz is discussing that, it is worth the read. However, his rantings about German politicians get very tiresome, and his bizarre speculations on possible alliances and the view of England by the rest of the world reveal how terribly narrow the understanding of the World outside of Germany that he possessed. That seems to be the case for the German Army as well.
